Recently, the Beijing "Two Excellents and One First" Commendation Conference was held, commending outstanding Communist Party members, excellent Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations in Beijing. At this commendation conference, the Party Branch of Beijing GL Video Information Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Emerging Fields in Beijing."

On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on the morning of June 29, the city held the "Two Excellents and One First" Commendation Conference to honor outstanding Communist Party members, excellent Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations in Beijing. Municipal Party Secretary Yin Li emphasized that Party organizations at all levels and Party members and cadres across the city should deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on Party building, take advanced models as benchmarks, strengthen confidence, and work hard to shoulder the historical responsibility of promoting the development of the capital in the new era. They should better serve the overall work of the Party and the country and better meet the people's needs for a better life through practical actions, striving to create more achievements that can withstand the test of practice, the people, and history. Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Yin Yong presided over the meeting, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress Li Xiuling attended.

Yin Li extended sincere greetings to the vast number of Party members fighting on all fronts in the city and congratulated the outstanding individuals and advanced collectives being commended. He pointed out that over the 105 years since its founding, our Party has always adhered to its original mission, uniting and leading people of all ethnic groups across the country in continuous struggles during various historical periods of revolution, construction, and reform, traversing a magnificent and glorious journey. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has addressed the major contemporary question of what kind of long-term ruling Marxist political party to build and how to build it. He has proposed a series of new concepts, ideas, and strategies for Party governance and strengthening, forming Xi Jinping's thoughts on Party building, which provide fundamental guidance and an action plan for advancing the great new project of Party building in the new era. As the capital, Beijing must deeply understand the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments," resolutely achieve the "Two Upholds," always regard Party building as fundamental, comprehensively strengthen Party leadership, and better play the role of Party organizations as battle fortresses and Party members as vanguard models, providing strong political guarantees for continuously creating new prospects for Chinese-style modernization in the capital.

Yin Li pointed out that the individuals and collectives commended this time are outstanding representatives who have emerged in various fields and lines of work in the capital in recent years. Through their practical actions, they vividly interpret the idea that "an organization is a fortress, and a Party member is a flag," clearly demonstrating our Party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. They fully showcase the spirit and contemporary demeanor of Party members in the capital and serve as models for learning and examples close at hand for everyone in the city. We must vigorously learn from and promote their political character of firm belief and loyalty to the Party, their fighting spirit of not fearing difficulties, their sincere feelings for the people and dedication to their well-being, their innovative and pioneering sense of responsibility, and their practical style of dedication and silent contribution. We must truly integrate the inspiring power of these role models into our self-cultivation and incorporate their guiding role into our work and entrepreneurship, striving to promote the development of the capital in the new era with greater vigor and achievements. We must combine learning from advanced models with the ongoing education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, creating a strong atmosphere in society that respects, learns from, and strives to be advanced.

Yin Li emphasized that we must aim to take the lead in basically achieving socialist modernization and strive to create new achievements on the new journey. We must take the lead and set an example in upholding political awareness and the overall situation, remembering that "looking at Beijing must first be from a political perspective," and fully implementing the important speeches, instructions, and decisions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Central Committee. We must ensure smooth implementation of orders and prohibitions. We must consciously use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to unite and forge our souls, achieving integration of learning, thinking, and application, as well as unity of knowledge, belief, and action. We must take the lead and set an example in promoting practical work and development, focusing on the "Four Centers" and "Four Services," and continuously optimizing and enhancing the functions of the capital. We must fully leverage the advantages of education, science, and talent, vigorously develop new productive forces, and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system that reflects Beijing's characteristics. We must better coordinate high-quality development and high-level security, resolutely maintaining harmony and stability in the capital. We must take the lead and set an example in understanding public sentiment and addressing people's concerns, going deep into grassroots and communities, and actively seeking advice and understanding the needs of the people. We must deepen the reform of immediate response to public complaints, focusing on the "Seven Haves" and "Five Natures," ensuring the bottom line of services, social security, and assistance for vulnerable groups, especially the elderly and children, continuously enhancing people's sense of gain, happiness, and security. We must take the lead and set an example in strengthening work style and shaping image, firmly establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, persistently implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions, resolutely opposing formalism and bureaucratism, and advancing the integrated approach of not daring to, not being able to, and not wanting to engage in corruption, creating a clean and upright political environment.

Yin Li demanded that Party committees (Party groups) at all levels in the city earnestly implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era and the organizational line of the Party in the new era, and solidly advance grassroots Party building work in various fields. We must adhere to targeted policies, coordinate and promote the improvement and efficiency of Party building work in traditional fields such as government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and schools. We must integrate and advance Party building work in new economic organizations, new social organizations, and new employment groups, continuously expanding the Party's appeal, cohesion, and influence in emerging fields. We must solidly promote Party building to drive rural revitalization, continuously improving rural governance levels. We must strictly educate and manage the Party member team, guiding the vast number of Party members to continuously demonstrate new attitudes and new achievements.

At the meeting, the decision of the Municipal Party Committee to commend outstanding Communist Party members, excellent Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations in Beijing was read out, and awards were presented to the commended representatives.
