IBI Founder and Chairman Liu Quan Leads Delegation to Changchun for Exchange Visit; Changchun Mayor Gu Gang Meets with Delegation

On April 29, Mr. Liu Quan, Founder and Chairman of IBI, together with Mr. Liu Zhai, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI and Founder of TDD (Toodudu), led a delegation to Changchun for an exchange visit at the invitation of the city government.

Mr. Gu Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Changchun Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Changchun, along with Mr. Jiang Huifeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, warmly received the delegation at the municipal government. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on industrial internet platform development, digital upgrading of supply chains, and cross-border expansion of competitive industries, jointly exploring new pathways for regional industrial collaboration.

During the meeting, Mayor Gu Gang extended a warm welcome to the IBI delegation. He noted that, as the birthplace of New China’s automobile industry and an important old industrial base in Northeast China, Changchun possesses a strong industrial foundation and abundant scientific and educational resources. He expressed hope that IBI would fully leverage its strengths in digital technology and platform operations to deeply integrate with Changchun’s industrial advantages, carrying out practical cooperation in industrial digitalization, supply chain upgrading, and cross-border bulk commodity trading, thereby supporting the modernization of Changchun’s industrial and supply chains.

Mr. Liu Quan introduced IBI’s core strategy centered on “Platform, Technology, and Data,” as well as the company’s three major growth drivers: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border industrial ecosystem development. He stated that Changchun’s advantageous industries are highly complementary to IBI’s “10+1” Duoduo platform ecosystem. Leveraging its nationwide warehousing and logistics network, digital technology capabilities, and “1750” cross-border industrial system, IBI will provide end-to-end supply chain services for Changchun’s key industries and support the global expansion of “Made in Changchun.”

During the discussion, Mr. Liu Zhai stated that IBI will rely on its experience in digitalized centralized procurement and smart supply chain operations to deeply integrate with Changchun’s local industries, build a regional digital supply chain platform, and help Changchun establish a benchmark model for the integrated development of the digital and real economies.

Participants in the meeting also included Mr. Zhang Haizhi, Secretary General of the Changchun Municipal Government; Mr. Yu Baisheng, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau; Mr. Fang Shuhua, Director of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Ms. Zou Na, Director of the Municipal Data Administration Bureau; and Mr. Li Jingyan, Chairman of Changxing Fund.

During the visit, the IBI delegation also made a special trip to the Changchun New-quality Productive Forces Development Promotion Center to gain a detailed understanding of the city’s initiatives and achievements in cultivating new-quality productive forces, promoting technological innovation, and advancing industrial upgrading. The visit further strengthened the delegation’s understanding of Changchun’s industrial layout and innovation-driven development foundation.

Subsequently, the delegation visited Longxiang Group. Building upon previous cooperation, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions regarding the group’s supply chain operation system, business layout, and warehousing and logistics infrastructure.

During the exchange, Mr. Tao Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Longxiang Group, introduced the company’s digital transformation progress and expressed expectations for deeper cooperation with IBI in cold-chain logistics infrastructure, digital supply chain platform construction, and new material industry chain collaboration, aiming to achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.

Mr. Liu Quan stated during the discussion that IBI has been deeply engaged in the industrial internet sector for more than a decade. Its subsidiary, IBI Smart Logistics, has established a fully integrated end-to-end supply chain service system. Leveraging Changchun’s strategic location and industrial strengths, IBI will work together with Longxiang Group to implement a Smart Cloud Warehouse project and establish a digital supply chain service system for Northeast China, jointly building a benchmark industrial internet project for the region.

Mr. Liu Zhai added that IBI will fully integrate its digital middle-platform capabilities with Longxiang Group’s local warehousing and operational resources to build an “online + offline” integrated regional supply chain service network, ensuring effective implementation of cooperation projects and empowering local industries to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
