Recently, the Ministry of Commerce announced the "List of E-commerce Demonstration Enterprises," with a total of 132 enterprises nationwide successfully selected. Among them, 14 are from Beijing, including TDD, JD.com, Meituan, Kuaishou, and State Grid E-commerce.
This selection is a serious implementation of the important deployment by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on developing the digital economy. It is conducted according to the "Notice by the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce on Continuing the Comprehensive Evaluation Work of E-commerce Demonstration Enterprises" (Shang Ban Dian Han [2022] No. 161) and follows the "Standards for the Creation of E-commerce Demonstration Enterprises (Trial)" and the "Selection (Comprehensive Evaluation) Index System for E-commerce Demonstration Enterprises." A comprehensive evaluation is performed on participating enterprises, aiming to guide more e-commerce companies to play significant roles in transforming methods, adjusting structures, stabilizing growth, promoting employment, and benefiting people's livelihoods. This strives to promote high-quality development of China's e-commerce and serve the construction of a new development pattern.
TDD closely follows the major industrial directions of national industrial e-commerce, industrial internet, supply chain innovation applications, and commodity market platform economy. Based on its foundational supply chain services and technology-driven advantages, it takes advancing digital commerce development as a crucial leverage, establishing a new ecosystem of e-commerce and industrial internet integration.
