The "Platform, Technology, Data" strategy is IBI's core strategy, with technology-driven as an important strategic support component. In 2021, IBI officially began the strategic implementation practice centered on the digital cloud factory and has already signed digital cloud factory cooperation agreements with more than 20 companies. Over the next three years, it plans to continue establishing 100 digital cloud factories. Meanwhile, IBI will continue exploring the construction of a closed-loop ecosystem in the industrial chain based on a digital tool system and attempt to construct an internet ecosystem for traditional industries.
Mr. Pan Yong mentioned that the industrial internet platform is a natural promoter for the digitalization of traditional industries, possessing a composite knowledge structure and effectively resolving the profitability model issues of small and medium-sized enterprises' digitalization. IBI will focus on promoting cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of the real economy through industrial digitalization, actively exploring solutions for enterprise pain points in transaction digitization, supply chain digitization, and production operation digitization, solving challenges in the digitalization process of traditional enterprises like difficulty in selecting digital tools, compatibility issues, and high implementation costs, and continuously promoting the development work of integrating traditional enterprises with digitalization.
At the end of the speech, Mr. Pan Yong also called for active cooperation among industrial digital service agencies. IBI will provide application scenarios and profitability model solutions for various digital agencies, working together to promote the integration and development of traditional industries and digitalization.
