On May 20, 2026,the Fengtai Public Security Bureau organized the "Police-Enterprise Unity, Safeguarding Development" themed discussion meeting and the delivery ceremony of the "Public Security Service Enterprise Project List". Government, enterprises, and policegathered together, communicating face-to-face, listening to demands sincerely, and planning measures practically, uniting police and enterprises to work together to safeguard the high-quality development of the economy and society in the jurisdiction with solid public security forces.

Police and Enterprises Gather to Discuss Development

To implement the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security, the municipal bureau party committee, and the district committee and government on optimizing the rule-of-law business environment and serving high-quality development, and to focus on deepening police-enterprise contact and service work, on May 20, the Fengtai Public Security Bureau organized the "Police-Enterprise Unity, Safeguarding Development" themed discussion meeting and the delivery ceremony of the "Public Security Service Enterprise Project List" at the IBIDigital Economy Headquarters. Government, enterprises, and police discussed development, shared strategies, and jointly safeguarded safety. Deputy District Mayor, Party Secretary of the Bureau, and Bureau Chief Chen Longbo, Party Committee Member of the Municipal Bureau Legal Affairs Team and Head of the Comprehensive Management Brigade Wang Luxiu, and Head of the Administrative Cases Brigade of the Municipal Bureau Legal Affairs Team Zheng Yi attended the meeting. Leaders from the District Development and Reform Commission, Zhongguancun Science Park Fengtai Park, and Kandian Subdistrict, as well as key leaders from relevant departments and police stations of the bureau and representatives from eight key "service package" enterprises in the jurisdiction participated in the meeting. During the meeting, a video showcasing the police-enterprise liaison work of the bureau's Science Park Police Station was first played. Representatives from various enterprises shared their development needs and provided suggestions based on their production and operational realities. The public security department responded on-site and provided detailed answers. Leaders from the District Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Public Security Bureau Legal Affairs Team offered guidance on optimizing the business environment and strengthening police-enterprise services based on their respective functions. Deputy District Mayor, Party Secretary of the Public Security Bureau, and Bureau Chief Chen Longbo comprehensively summarized the achievements of the district's public security system over the past year in areas such as anti-fraud enterprise protection, police-enterprise liaison, and convenience services for enterprises. He made solemn commitments regarding accelerating business processes, precise services, and warm-hearted law enforcement, emphasizing that Fengtai District is at a critical stage of "pioneering leadership and comprehensive advancement." As the main force in safety construction and a builder of a high-quality business environment, the Public Security Bureau must synchronize with the district's development, advance hand-in-hand with enterprises, and actively contribute to achieving Fengtai District's high-quality development goals. Additionally, he provided three tips based on the current situation of telecom fraud and enterprise characteristics: First, continue anti-fraud efforts. Further implement the "Two Full and Three New" measures, focusing on targeted training for newly hired employees, financial staff, and senior executives to ensure fraud prevention awareness is deeply ingrained. Second, make mechanisms more practical. Continue to deepen the police-enterprise liaison mechanism, issue daily "enterprise risk warning alerts," and promptly provide "whistleblower" reminders for enterprises and employees regarding new crime methods and high-risk areas. Third, expand the scope of publicity and prevention. Achieve resonance between police and enterprises, using anti-fraud publicity and prevention to drive overall improvement in the security environment, and jointly make Fengtai a district where enterprises "dare to invest," development feels "most secure," and the rule of law is "most fair."

Delivery of the List and On-Site Study

Finally, the Public Security Bureau held the delivery ceremony of the "Public Security Service Enterprise Project List" on-site, further clarifying 15 public security service guarantee tasks under four major categories: government services, crime prevention, conflict resolution, and safety precautions, effectively bridging the "last mile" of service for enterprises.

After the meeting, participating leaders visited cultural displays of key enterprises in the jurisdiction and participated in an artificial intelligence achievement experience.
