First Special Lecture Celebrating the 105th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China Held at IBI Digital Economy Headquarters

On May 19, the Beijing Municipal Internet Industry Committee of the CPC, together with the Internet Industry Party Committee of Fengtai District, held the first special lecture in celebration of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China at the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters.

As part of the “Jingcai Danxin · E Enterprises in Bloom” Party-building co-development initiative, Du Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Memorial Hall of the Early Revolutionary Activities of the Communist Party of China in Beijing, was invited to deliver a special lecture entitled “Decoding the Red Radio Waves of Xiangshan — Interpreting Mao Zedong’s Telegraph Manuscripts During the Xiangshan Period.” The lecture was attended by representatives of Party members and Party membership applicants from internet enterprises.

Using chronology as the framework and historical telegrams as the thread, Du Bin drew upon his profound expertise in Party history and unique research perspective to explore key historical milestones, including the CPC Central Committee’s “Journey to Beijing for the Great Test,” strategic planning at Xiangshan, the decisive role of communications in securing victory, and the groundwork for the founding of New China. Through a detailed interpretation of multiple telegram manuscripts issued by Mao Zedong during the Xiangshan period, he vividly reconstructed the decision-making processes behind major historical events such as the Yangtze River Crossing Campaign, the liberation of Nanjing, preparations for the establishment of a new government, and the handling of critical diplomatic affairs.

The lecture also illuminated the strategic thinking and revolutionary stories behind these historic manuscripts, enabling participants to deeply appreciate the intellectual brilliance and enduring power of faith embodied in these important historical documents.

Rich in historical evidence and profound in ideological significance, the lecture fully demonstrated the lasting relevance of the “Great Test” spirit in the new era. It further inspired internet industry practitioners to strengthen their understanding of revolutionary traditions, consolidate development momentum, and reinforce the ideological foundations necessary for high-quality growth.
