On the afternoon of February 11, the “Industrial Belt Going Global: High-Level Business Exchange Conference Between Guolian Co., Ltd. and Ambassadors to China” was successfully held at the Digital Economy Headquarters of Guolian Co., Ltd. in Beijing. His Excellency Dario Mihelin, Ambassador of Croatia to China; His Excellency Luamanuvae Albert Mariner, Ambassador of Samoa to China; His Excellency Tresor Irambona, Ambassador of Burundi to China; His Excellency Sinisa Berjan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina to China; His Excellency Paata Kalandadze, Ambassador of Georgia to China; His Excellency Nofruz Ceta, Minister of the Embassy of Albania in China; Ms. Sabita Nakarmi, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Nepal in China; along with other diplomatic representatives, attended the event. At the beginning of the event, Mr. Qian Xiaojun, Founder and CEO of Guolian Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the distinguished ambassadors on behalf of the company. His Excellency Dario Mihelin, Ambassador of Croatia to China, detailed Croatia’s strategic location as an EU member state, its high-quality infrastructure, and its skilled multilingual workforce. He highlighted flagship China-Croatia cooperation projects such as the Pelješac Bridge, noting strong alignment between Croatia’s strengths in green energy and port logistics and Guolian’s “platform + supply chain + digitalization” model.

His Excellency Luamanuvae Albert Mariner, Ambassador of Samoa to China, introduced Samoa’s potential as a digital economy hub in the South Pacific and proposed exploring the establishment of a representative office or regional center to optimize regional logistics and build a two-way digital trade corridor serving Pacific island markets.

His Excellency Tresor Irambona, Ambassador of Burundi to China, emphasized Burundi’s strengths in agriculture such as coffee and tea, as well as the development potential of key minerals including nickel and rare earths. He expressed expectations of leveraging Guolian’s digital platform to enhance industrial chain value and deepen cooperation through facilitation policies such as the mutual recognition of AEO status between China and Burundi.

His Excellency Sinisa Berjan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina to China, shared Bosnia and Herzegovina’s strategic location as a gateway to the European market, stable currency and tax policies, and highlighted cooperation opportunities in energy, mining, automotive industry, ICT, agriculture, and tourism. He welcomed Chinese enterprises and investors to explore cooperation and innovation.

His Excellency Paata Kalandadze, Ambassador of Georgia to China, cited the upgraded China-Georgia Free Trade Agreement and rapid bilateral trade growth as examples, outlining Georgia’s strategic advantages in administrative efficiency, market accessibility, and its role as a Eurasian logistics hub. He invited Chinese enterprises to regard Georgia as a platform for value creation and a pivot for global expansion.

His Excellency Nofruz Ceta, Minister of the Embassy of Albania in China, reviewed the traditional friendship between China and Albania and the steady growth of bilateral trade in recent years. He noted Albania’s vast potential in photovoltaic new energy, deep processing of specialty agricultural products, and port logistics. These development needs align closely with Guolian’s “platform + supply chain + digitalization” capabilities, particularly the Silk Road Cloud Chain platform’s experience in integrating cross-border resources. He sincerely invited Chinese enterprises to explore the Albanian market and expressed hope that Albanian companies could efficiently connect with Chinese resources through Guolian’s platform to achieve complementary advantages and coordinated development.

Ms. Sabita Nakarmi, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Nepal in China, noted Nepal’s significant potential in cross-border trade and e-commerce as a bridge connecting the Chinese and Indian economies. Nepal looks forward to expanding exports to China of specialty products such as heat-processed buffalo meat, dairy products, citrus fruits, and handicrafts. She also expressed hope to introduce Chinese investment and technology to enhance Nepal’s product processing, certification, and export capabilities, leveraging platforms such as Alibaba, JD.com, and Guolian to narrow the trade deficit and achieve balanced development.

During the cross-border business sharing session, Mr. Zhang Wei, CEO of CNAUTO of Guolian Co., Ltd., introduced the company’s cross-border business development, core competitiveness, and the empowerment practices of the “Doodoo” industrial e-commerce platforms in vertical industries. He also delivered in-depth thematic presentations on green energy, mineral development, agricultural product processing, digital infrastructure, cross-border logistics, and SME empowerment.
