Qujiang New District Signs Agreement with Ibrandi to Build a New Hub for Shaanxi’s Digital Economy

On the morning of January 20, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Xi’an Qujiang New District and Beijing Ibrandi Vision Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ibrandi”) was held at the Administrative Committee of Qujiang New District. Attendees included Wang Qinghua, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qujiang New District; Li Tiejun, Director of the Administrative Committee of Qujiang New District; Qian Xiaojun, Chief Executive Officer of Ibrandi; Wan Li, Partner of Beijing Xinyuan; and Wang Ting, Senior Vice President of Ibrandi.

Ibrandi is listed among China’s Top 500 Enterprises. With a primary focus on B2B, it operates industrial information service platforms, industrial e-commerce platforms, and digital technology service platforms. The company was listed on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2019 and has been recognized by the capital market as “the first industrial internet stock on China’s A-share market.”

With strong support from provincial and municipal leaders as well as relevant departments, Qujiang New District and Ibrandi reached this cooperation agreement. Leveraging Qujiang New District’s industrial characteristics of “cultural tourism + digital economy,” both sides will actively utilize Ibrandi’s strong operational models and extensive platform resources in industrial e-commerce, digital supply chains, and industrial big data. By establishing the Ibrandi Shaanxi Digital Economy Headquarters project in the Qujiang E-sports Industrial Park, the partnership will drive the clustered development of more upstream and downstream enterprises across industrial chains.

Qujiang New District will take the introduction of this project as an opportunity to further promote industrial structure upgrading, vigorously develop the digital economy, platform economy, and headquarters economy, and facilitate the district’s transformation toward a production-oriented service economy.
