IBI Wenlv Duoduo was invited to participate in the Third "Belt and Road" Cultural and Technological Integration Development Conference.
On November 18, the 3rd Belt and Road Cultural and Technological Integration Development Conference was grandly held in Changping District, Beijing. The conference was co-hosted by the Silk Road Planning Research Center, China NGO Network for International Exchanges, Central Committee of the China Democratic League's Cultural Committee, China Research Institute of Art and Technology, and Central University of Finance and Economics. It was organized by the Secretariat of the Belt and Road Cultural and Technological Integration Development Conference and Beijing Changping Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. Over 400 participants from 15 countries including Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, Lebanon, Pakistan, Brazil, Cambodia, and Mongolia, as well as representatives from government departments, international organizations, academic think tanks, cultural heritage institutions, and cultural and digital technology enterprises, were invited to attend.

Ding Zhongli, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League, Sun Dongsheng, Standing Committee Member, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, Zhang Qiujian, former Deputy Secretary-General of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of the Party Committee of its General Office, and Li Meng, member of the Education, Science, Health and Sports Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, among other leaders, jointly attended the conference.
Hao Fang, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Xinduo and Cultural Tourism Duoduo, shared the practical results of Cultural Tourism Duoduo in innovating the development of the cultural tourism industry empowered by artificial intelligence during the sub-forum on artificial intelligence promoting international cultural exchange and cooperation. Relying on the core development strategy of IBI's "platform, technology, and data," Cultural Tourism Duoduo integrates AI technology throughout the entire business chain, focusing on three core directions: activating IP value, reconstructing experience scenarios, and amplifying traffic value. It continues to break new ground in the fields of "cultural tourism + industry," "cultural tourism + digitization," and "cultural tourism + sports events," showcasing stories of the industry, local regions, and China through diverse practices.
Hao Fang expressed that artificial intelligence is no longer just a cold technical tool but rather a warm bridge for cultural heritage, emotional connection, and promoting exchange. In the future, IBI will further join hands with various parties to build a Belt and Road cultural and tourism digital community, create a globally leading model of integrated production, culture, and tourism, and inject lasting new momentum into cross-cultural exchanges and industrial collaboration along the Belt and Road.
The 3rd Belt and Road Cultural and Technological Integration Development Conference, themed "A New Ecosystem of AI+ Cultural Technology from an International Perspective," focused on the integrated application of cutting-edge technology and cultural innovation. It aimed to promote deep integration in the cultural and tourism sectors, empower economic and social development through culture, deepen exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and encourage more cultural enterprises and outstanding cultural products to go global. This year's conference not only provided a high-level international platform for the integration of culture and technology but also served as a new engine to integrate cutting-edge forces such as artificial intelligence and digital culture into global civilization exchanges and mutual learning.
