On December 30, 2025, the "Summit on Overseas Expansion and Resource Cooperation for Listed Enterprises," jointly hosted by Wutong Salon and the Wutong Future Institute for Listed Companies, was successfully held at Wutong Salon in Beijing. The summit focused on the core theme of "Focusing on Latin America's Strategic Resources and Deepening International Collaboration in the New Energy Supply Chain." The 62nd President of the Republic of Bolivia,Jorge Quiroga, was specially invited to share insights, and senior representatives of Chinese listed companies gathered to explore new opportunities and pathways for Chinese enterprises to expand into Latin America and engage in new energy resource development and supply chain collaboration. IBI's Vice President and BDD CEOZhao Yan was invited to attend this high-level dialogue and discuss new pathways for international collaboration and resource cooperation in the new energy supply chain with guests from various sectors.

As a key segment of the summit, PresidentJorge Quiroga provided authoritative insights into Bolivia's and Latin America's new outbound mining policies and lithium resource development plans. He elaborated on the region's open policies and cooperation needs in areas such as project contracting, infrastructure collaboration, energy digital technology, and agricultural trade. As a core strategic resource for the new energy industry, the reserves and development potential of lithium resources in Latin America have drawn global attention. The President's presentation offered Chinese listed companies critical policy and market references for positioning themselves in the Latin American new energy resource market.

During the high-level dialogue session of the summit,Zhao Yan shared unique insights based on the practical experiences of IBI and BDD regarding the China-Latin America new energy supply chain collaboration. He pointed out that Latin America is a key global production area for lithium resources, while China holds significant advantages in manufacturing, technology, and digital services within the new energy supply chain. The cooperation between the two regions possesses strong complementarities. As an important platform for IBI's deep engagement in the energy and chemical markets, BDD has already established an industrial internet service system encompassing lithium mining and salt lake resource development. This system can build a complete connection from information matching to trade cooperation and supply chain services between Chinese enterprises and Latin American resource providers. During this summit,Zhao Yan also engaged with corporate representatives and industry experts in discussions on topics such as "Digitally Empowering Cross-Border Resource Cooperation" and "Risks and Countermeasures for Overseas Expansion of the New Energy Supply Chain," sharing IBI's practical accomplishments in promoting industrial digitalization for overseas expansion.

IBI and the Duoduo platform continuously focus on business practices in industrial e-commerce, advanced supply chain solutions, big data services, cloud ERP services, smart logistics and warehousing, intelligent factories, and internet solutions, with a core emphasis on the digital transformation and cross-border cooperation of strategic emerging industries such as new energy and new materials. Since its establishment, BDD has formed partnerships with multiple resource companies and will continue to promote information exchange and trade implementation in the energy and chemical supply chain between China and Latin America, aiming to become a crucial bridge for China-Latin America new energy industry cooperation. The invitation ofZhao Yan to this summit not only underscores the industry's recognition of IBI's expertise in cross-border cooperation in the new energy field but also highlights the company's significant role in assisting Chinese listed companies in expanding into Latin America and participating in global new energy resource allocation.

Looking ahead, IBI will continue to leverage its advantages as an industrial digital platform, using BDD as a pivot to deepen its presence in the Latin American market. On one hand, it aims to help Chinese new energy companies efficiently connect with Latin America's strategic resources; on the other hand, it strives to promote the digital transformation of Latin America's resource industries. Through the two-way integration of technology and resources, IBI will construct a new framework for synergistic development of the China-Latin America new energy supply chain, contributing the wisdom and strength of Chinese enterprises to the sustainable development of the global new energy industry.
