It represents the concrete practice of the digital economy in the commerce sector and is the implementation path for the digital development of various commerce fields. Through five key actions—"Strengthening Digital Commerce Infrastructure," "Expanding Digital Commerce Consumption," "Promoting Digital Commerce Trade," "Advancing Digital Commerce Industries," and "Opening Digital Commerce"—the plan aims to develop new quality productivity, innovate digital transformation paths, enhance digital empowerment effects, provide robust digital support services, and create a digital commerce ecosystem. The overall goal is to comprehensively improve the level of digitalization, networking, and intelligence in business development, thereby helping China's digital economy to grow stronger and larger.
"The Three-Year Action Plan" for "Digital Commerce Strengthening" clearly proposes to establish and improve the digital commerce standard system, utilize the digital commerce industry standardization technical committee, issue guidelines for digital commerce industry standardization, accelerate the construction of standards in key areas of business digitalization, promote the implementation and application of standards, and enhance industry management and service quality. Strengthen business credit system and brand building to promote quality improvement in digital commerce. Compile compliance guidelines for e-commerce enterprises to guide businesses in lawful and compliant operations, promoting the standardized and healthy development of the industry.

Leveraging its resource advantages in the industrial digital economy sector, with the driving force of the industrial internet chain leader effect, it will contribute to the foundational strengthening, expansion of consumption, trade promotion, industry revitalization, and key actions of openness in digital commerce.
