Recently, the Vice President of Cross-Border Strategy at IBI, Bai Yong, along with Executive Director of Guo Jie Union, Yang Nan, and Senior Vice President of TDD, Shao Zhaojun, were invited to visit Jizan and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. During the visit, they called on the governor of Jizan Province, the mayor of Jizan City, and the Jizan Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Chairman of the China-Saudi Trade Advisory Committee in Riyadh, the Ministry of Industry's External Affairs Department, the China Town Project Planning Group, and RIVA Trade Development Company, among others. From various dimensions, they explored the integration points for deep cooperation between IBI and the Saudi region.

With the advancement of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the country is gradually becoming a hot spot for Chinese overseas expansion. Moreover, its unique geographical location and market economic environment provide it with an absolute advantage in establishing a cross-border e-commerce platform targeting the Middle East and even the global market. During the discussions, Saudi government leaders and heads of relevant institutions and enterprises expressed the hope to leverage the digital technology service capabilities of the IBI Industrial E-commerce Platform to build a cross-border e-commerce platform while also helping to set up a local B2B e-commerce platform to support the digital transformation of traditional enterprises. Simultaneously, a smart supply chain platform will be established to achieve efficient collaboration and intelligent management of the supply chain through technologies such as the internet, the Internet of Things, and real-time tracking. Using digital technologies like big data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, combined with local consumer characteristics in Saudi Arabia, the initiative aims to achieve "brand remodeling" and "re-exporting" of Chinese consumer goods in Saudi Arabia.
