On October 18, the inaugural E-Foundry Summit, guided by the China Iron and Steel Association and China Baowu, and hosted by Ouyeel Commerce, was held at the China Baowu Steel Conference and Exposition Center in Shanghai. IBI Chairman Liu Quan and IBI Senior Vice President and TDD CEO Liu Zhai were invited to attend.

It is reported that the theme of this summit is "Co-building Ecologies, Sharing Digital Intelligence," and it received strong support from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Baoshan District. Chen Derong, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Baowu, and Liu Min, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, delivered speeches respectively.

Wang Yingsheng, Chief Economist of the China Iron and Steel Association, Chai Yueuting, Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for E-commerce Transaction Technology at Tsinghua University, Liu Quan, Chairman of IBI, Wei Zhe, Founding Partner and Chairman of Jiayu Fund, and Jin Wenhai, President and Deputy Party Secretary of Ouyeel Commerce, were invited to deliver keynote speeches at the summit.

During the speech exchange, Chairman Liu Quan proposed: "The development of the industrial internet has gone through stages of precise information matching services and platform-based transaction services. Currently, in the context of the digital era, the industrial internet has already become an important force in deeply participating in industrial digital construction. Combining the construction of a digital supply chain service system, the industrial internet platform will focus on helping traditional enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency as the core value orientation, providing increasingly sophisticated comprehensive services to traditional enterprises. Co-building and sharing the industrial internet ecosystem requires active participation and strong promotion by all relevant parties."
