Duoduo Cloud Factory Makes Another Move! IBITDD Signs Strategic Cooperation with Yumen City Government on Carbon Industry Chain Project
On July 10, IBITDD and the Yumen City Government jointly held a signing ceremony for a strategic partnership on a cloud factory, hosted by Yumen City's Executive Vice Mayor Yang Dejie. IBI Senior Vice President and TDD CEO Liu Zhai and Chairman Chen Yitao of Gansu Jinlitong Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinlitong) jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a digital cloud factory for carbon materials.
Yumen City is located in the northwest of Gansu Province, at the west end of the Hexi Corridor, serving as a crucial energy route. In recent years, with the strong support from the Yumen City Government, the industrial economy has shown a flourishing development trend. Jinlitong is a leading local enterprise in carbon materials, developing with the concept of "strengthening leadership, supplementing the chain, and gathering clusters." It uses proprietary and world-leading production technologies for refined asphalt, coal-based mesophase asphalt, high-quality needle coke, lithium battery anode materials, and asphalt-based carbon fiber, forming a complete production line for various carbon-based materials using coal tar as a raw material. This approach fully utilizes the resource-rich aromatic and carbon advantages of coal tar and can flexibly adjust various product ratios according to market demand.
The digital cloud factory is an essential component of the Dodo platform's internet industry ecosystem construction. IBI established the "Hundred Cloud Factories Construction Plan" in early 2021. This cooperation will facilitate TDD establishing a digital service hub in the carbon industry chain direction in Yumen City. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, TDD and Jinlitong will organize the project in three steps: direct sales operation, data transparent operation, and joint company operation. During this process, they will sequentially achieve digitalization of target project transactions, supply chains, production, and comprehensive operations empowered by the platform.

During the cooperation exchange, Yumen City's Executive Vice Mayor Yang Dejie congratulated the smooth progress of this carbon material digital cloud factory strategic cooperation project. He also suggested, "The current industrial digitalization construction is booming. IBI, as a leading industrial internet company, can take the lead with local enterprises in Yumen by integrating the industrial internet to advance digital cloud factory construction. This serves as a strong leading model. We hope that based on this, IBI and Yumen City can further deepen exchanges and work together on local park digitization, supply chain digitization, and jointly build an industrial internet ecosystem."
IBI Senior Vice President and TDD CEO Liu Zhai commented, "Yumen City has a profound foundation for real economy development, and Jinlitong has a strong technical and resource reserve as the core enterprise of the local carbon industry chain. The Dodo platform led by IBI focuses on 'platform, technology, and data,' actively promoting deep integration of new technologies like the internet, the Internet of Things, big data, blockchain, and intelligent manufacturing with traditional industries. This TDD and Jinlitong project collaboration will jointly promote the construction of a digital ecosystem for the carbon industry chain with a digital cloud factory as the leverage. We believe that with strong support from the local government, this project will become a benchmark demonstration project, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation between IBI and the Yumen City Government in broader areas."
Jinlitong Chairman Chen Yitao stated, "The digital cloud factory project is a critical means and opportunity for the company to achieve leapfrog development. The company will grasp the project implementation with the awareness of setting a benchmark for building chemical parks and Yumen City, firmly believing that this cooperation with TDD will certainly enable mutual advantages and share the dividends of industrial internet development."
The signing ceremony and meeting exchange were also attended by Li Jianjun, Director of the Yumen City Construction and Chemical Park Management Committee; Wang Xueping, Chairman of TDD mixed-ownership enterprise Xinjiang Jianzhi Zhongyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; Huang He, General Manager; and Li Qing, TDD Vice President.
