Promote the Digital Supply Chain Ecosystem Layout, IBI Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Longcheng District, Chaoyang City
On July 24, the China (Chaoyang) Logistics and Supply Chain Finance Annual Conference and Chaoyang City Modern Logistics High-Quality Development Forum opened at the Phoenix International Hotel in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. IBI Senior Vice President Pan Yong was invited to attend and speak, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement on-site with the Longcheng District Government of Chaoyang City, committed to jointly promoting the construction of the "Liao-Ji-Meng Logistics Center" and the development of a digital supply chain ecosystem on the Duoduo platform based on this foundation.
It is understood that taking Longcheng District as the main logistics function carrying area and turning Chaoyang into the "Liaoning-Hebei-Inner Mongolia regional logistics center" is an important strategic deployment led and promoted by the city's municipal committee and government. Among them, the western bulk logistics area is adjacent to Jinzhou Port, is an important node along the Northeast land-sea new channel, and is another support point for digital supply chain construction under the IBI Duoduo platform industrial internet ecosystem.
Since the beginning of this year, IBI has adhered to the overall strategy of "platform, technology, data" and continuously focused on the digital supply chain ecosystem layout. It has successively partnered with Zhongsi Jin Port to jointly launch the construction of a smart port digital warehouse and developed the nation's first ethanol CA delivery system. It also collaborated with Baowan Intelligent Supply Chain, a subsidiary of Nanshan Holdings (002314.SZ), to create the first Bohai Rim Resin Digital Cloud Warehouse, as well as to advance projects such as the construction of regional central warehouses and distribution warehouse digital service systems. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement with Longcheng District, Chaoyang City, will further enhance the overall layout of DUODUO platform's digital supply chain construction in the northeastern region.
据悉，本次大会以“开放、协同、链接、赋能”为主题，由中国物流与采购联合会与朝阳市人民政府共同主办，朝阳市市委书记张淑萍，中国物流与采购联合会会长何黎明，交通运输部、商务部、工信部、银保监会、辽宁省等相关领导共同出席并为大会致辞。
在演讲过程中，IBI高级副总裁潘勇结合多多平台系统分析了基于产业互联网生态建设的数字供应链布局，特别是在引导产融资源优化配置方向的支撑价值。他提出：“传统中小企业存在尽调成本高、融资成本高、经营不够稳定、交易难以监管、抵押物尽数被抵押等融资痛点。IBI多多平台立足深度融合制造业，以交易服务为基础，以科技创新为驱动，以产业大数据为支撑，为优化中小企业产融服务提供了理想场景，希望以此为基础能够协同各方资源，共同打造产融科技平台，重点惠及产业链中小企业及多多生态体系圈内的相关企业。”
