Participants in the exchange included Stella, Deputy Director of the Minister’s Office; José, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Agriculture; Mouzinho, delegation interpreter; Domingos, National Director of Forest Resources; Manuel, National Director of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources; Anderson, National Director of Planning and Statistics; Cristóvão, Director of the Armed Forces Social Security Bureau; Meng Wei, Director of the Beijing Office of the Angola–China Chamber of Commerce and General Manager of Beijing Lithium Desheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; Gao Yan, Deputy Director of the Chamber’s Beijing Office; Wang Ping, Secretary of the Angolan Embassy in China; Hou Yong, Director of Smart Logistics at IBI; Zhang Haolun, Cross-Border Business Specialist of Feidoodoo, among others.

The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on China–Angola cooperation in agriculture and forestry. During the meeting, Yin Haifeng introduced Feidoodoo’s business model and global strategic layout, emphasizing that expanding cross-border e-commerce operations along the Belt and Road is a key strategic direction for Feidoodoo. Integrating upstream and downstream resources of Angola’s agricultural inputs industry chain is also a core component of Feidoodoo’s cross-border strategy.

Yin noted that Angola boasts vast land resources, fertile soil, and enormous agricultural development potential, offering broad prospects for bilateral cooperation. President Lourenço’s recent visit to China has further injected momentum and drawn a new blueprint for deepening cooperation. Feidoodoo plans to take Angola as its first gateway into the African market, officially launching its Africa-focused cross-border e-commerce expansion. By seizing the strategic opportunity of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial belts”, Feidoodoo aims to strengthen cooperation with African governments and enterprises to jointly promote high-quality economic development.

Minister António stated that Angola and China share a deep-rooted traditional friendship that has withstood the test of time. In recent years, bilateral economic and trade cooperation has continued to deepen. Through enhanced transportation and logistics infrastructure, improved business environments, and strengthened international cooperation, Angola is building more efficient cooperation channels with China. As a leading industrial internet platform in the agricultural inputs sector, Feidoodoo plays a significant role in promoting industrial digitalization and aligns well with Angola’s economic development needs. Angola hopes to leverage Feidoodoo’s rich agricultural resources and advanced digital technologies to drive local economic growth, and warmly welcomes more Chinese enterprises to explore and invest in Angola.

Prior to the embassy exchange, the Angola–China Business Summit Forum (Oil & Gas, Mining, and Agriculture & Forestry Session) was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing from March 16 to 17. Representatives from Feidoodoo and IBI were invited to attend, including Hou Yong, Director of Smart Logistics at IBI; Jiang Haiyan, Director of Feidoodoo’s Agricultural Film Industry Chain; Zhang Yi, Director of Feidoodoo’s Cross-Border Business Department; Zhang Haolun and Rong Zhanxu, Cross-Border Business and Operations Specialists.

The forum was jointly hosted by Angola’s Ministry of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Gas, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, National Agency of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels, National Agency of Mineral Resources, Sonangol, Endiama, Sodiam, and the Embassy of Angola in China. Angolan President Lourenço attended the forum and delivered a keynote speech, introducing Angola’s investment opportunities and inviting Chinese enterprises to participate in Angola’s development.

Through this series of high-level exchanges, Feidoodoo has gained deeper insights into Angola’s oil & gas, mining, agriculture, and forestry sectors, while strengthening ties with local enterprises and institutions. These engagements have laid a solid foundation for Feidoodoo’s expansion into the African market and its global strategy—crossing mountains and seas to pursue a path of mutual benefit and shared success. A new chapter in Feidoodoo’s cross-border journey has officially begun.
