IBI will fully leverage its strengths in digital supply chains, industrial e-commerce, and cross-border trade to help Pakistani enterprises strengthen digital infrastructure, optimize industrial ecosystems, and improve global market connectivity efficiency, contributing digital momentum to building a China–Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.”

Liu Zhai further explained that IBI will rely on its extensive experience in industrial internet and digital supply chains to carry out multidimensional cooperation with Pakistan in the following key areas:

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highly praised IBI’s innovative practices and comprehensive capabilities in industrial internet and digital supply chains. He noted:
“Pakistan is actively advancing economic structural transformation, with a focus on key industries such as mining, chemicals, agriculture, and information technology, and is committed to becoming a regional digital hub. The China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has achieved remarkable results, providing a solid platform for bilateral enterprise cooperation. IBI’s strengths in cross-border industrial empowerment and e-commerce ecosystem development align closely with Pakistan’s current development needs.”
The Prime Minister instructed core departments, including the Board of Investment, Special Investment Facilitation Council, Ministry of Industries, and Ministry of Information Technology, to immediately initiate cooperation and technical docking mechanisms.
