On April 28, the Ministry of Transport held a party group meeting to convey and study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the "Yiwu Development Experience"; and listened to reports on several measures to promote deep integration between the ministry and bureaus. Liu Wei, Party Secretary and Minister of the Ministry, presided over the meeting.

　　The meeting emphasized the need to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, firmly establish and practice the correct view of political achievements, further summarize and apply the "Yiwu Development Experience," respect grassroots and public pioneering spirit, promote reform and innovation, take practical actions, and achieve sustained efforts. It is necessary to deeply advance cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement in transportation and logistics, improve the modern comprehensive transportation system, serve high-quality development of county economies, and demonstrate the responsibility and contribution of transportation in better serving and integrating into the national development framework.

　　The meeting pointed out that promoting deep integration between the ministry and bureaus is an important measure to consolidate and deepen the achievements of the Party and state institutional reforms, as well as a key guarantee for improving the modern comprehensive transportation system. The ministry and national bureaus, based on their functions and responsibilities, started with small and specific matters, jointly promoting deep integration between the ministry and bureaus, achieving significant results in mechanism improvement, measure implementation, tackling challenges, and party-building leadership. It is necessary to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, anchor the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of a strong transportation nation, continuously improve the collaborative promotion mechanism for key transportation tasks, deeply advance the integration of the ministry and bureaus, and accelerate the improvement of the modern comprehensive transportation system. Efforts should be aligned with the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" for transportation planning, ensuring detailed and effective implementation of annual key tasks, strengthening summary and evaluation, and ensuring effective results.
