Recently, the series of economic and trade exchange activities “Xianfeng Enterprise Voyage” in the Middle East were successfully held in the UAE. Cui Xianghua, Deputy District Mayor of Fengtai District People's Government, led the delegation, accompanied throughout by Lu Jun, Deputy Director of the Fengtai Park Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, and Huang Lei, Director of the Industrial Promotion Office of the Fengtai Park Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. Enterprise representatives including Huang Qing, Executive Vice President of Traffic Control Technology Co., Ltd., Fan Ming, Chairman of China Railway Central Asia (Beijing) Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Zhou Xiaoxue, Co-founder of IBITDD and Vice Chairman of CNAUTO platform, Zhang Wei, General Manager of Silk Road Cloud Chain CNHUB and CEO of CNAUTO, Ban Jun, Business Director of CNAUTO platform, among others, joined the delegation. Through a combination of on-site visits and in-depth discussions, the activities aimed to promote the connection and cooperation between regional industries and the Middle Eastern market.

On the first stop of the event, the delegation visited the IFZA Free Trade Zone in the UAE. As a highly competitive free trade zone in the Middle East, IFZA has become an important choice for international enterprises in their overseas layouts due to its efficient administrative services, flexible business policies, and advantageous location spanning Europe, Asia, and Africa. During the exchange, Zhou Xiaoxue introduced that IBI had already completed its Middle East business layout in advance, not only registering the CNAUTO GENERAL TRADING FZCO company in Dubai Jebel Ali Free Trade Zone but also partnering with Shandong PortGroup Overseas Development to launch an overseas warehouse for automotive equipment, serving as a core hub for product delivery and supply chain implementation.

Next, the delegation headed to the Dubai branch of the Bank of China, where they were warmly received by Branch President Pan Xinyuan, followed by a dedicated exchange session. Zhang Wei provided a detailed account of the construction progress of the IBI cross-border outbound platform. He stated that Silk Road Cloud Chain CNHUB and CNAUTO are pioneering platforms for IBI’s industrial cross-border outbound strategy, focusing on the core goal of “full-process visibility” by building a digital supply chain transaction and delivery system. Leveraging technical means to facilitate key aspects such as orders, logistics, and financial flows, the initiative effectively improves efficiency and security in cross-border trade. Relevant systems have already been applied in specific business scenarios.

During discussions with institutions including Bank of China, Standard Chartered, and Deloitte, Deputy District Mayor Cui Xianghua pointed out that, leveraging the “Belt and Road” initiative, enterprises going global has become an important trend to expand development space. Fengtai District will continue to build government-enterprise cooperation platforms, provide policy support and resource coordination for enterprises within its jurisdiction for their overseas layouts, and help match industrial advantages with international market demands. At the meeting, Zhang Wei conducted a presentation titled “IBI’s Practices in Industrial Digitization and Cross-border Development,” focusing on the integration and application of the company’s PTD (Platform, Technology, Data — IBI's core development strategy) and EHS (Engine, Hub, Solutions — Cross-border Business Support System) within cross-border scenarios. He emphasized that IBI will utilize the deep synergy of these two systems to provide tailored digital infrastructure services for Fengtai District’s advantage industry clusters, such as rail transit, biomedicine, and used cars. In the next stage, the plan includes upgrading the construction of the industrial service base and overseas warehouse service center in Dubai, further improving the cross-border service network, and contributing to cultivating new productivity for cross-border outbound industries in the region.

This “Xianfeng Enterprise Voyage” to the Middle East not only promoted resource matching between the IBI CNAUTO platform and the Middle Eastern market but also marked substantive progress in its international layout. In the future, IBI will continue to rely on its digital capabilities to deepen the construction of overseas service networks and provide efficient solutions for more industries to expand cross-border.

CNAUTO is IBI’s cross-border digital service platform for the vertical automotive equipment and construction machinery industry chain. It adopts a dual-driven approach of “New Industrial Cross-border Channel + AI Digital Infrastructure” to provide one-stop industrial cross-border solutions. The platform targets industry clusters such as rubber, tires, complete vehicles, and construction machinery, relying on the Guolian “Platform, Technology, Data” strategy, connecting domestic free trade zones such as Qingdao, Urumqi, and Chongqing with overseas hubs in Middle East/Africa and Southeast Asia. It creates a cross-border ecosystem of “Domestic Base + Overseas Center + Digital Services.” By building AI big data models online (for tax rebates, marketing, compliance, etc.), developing cross-border new channel platforms and financing technology platforms, and establishing offline overseas warehouses and transaction centers in Middle East/Africa, CNAUTO achieves global distributed collaboration, facilitating industrial clusters to “go abroad together” and empowering the globalization of Chinese manufacturing.
