On November 15, the party committee secretary of the Yili State, Yang Xiuli, the deputy secretary of the party committee of the Yili State, the executive deputy secretary of the party working committee, director of the management committee of the Horgos Economic Development Zone, and the party secretary of Horgos City, Hao Jianmin, the member of the party committee of the Yili State and the executive deputy governor, Zhu Dagang, the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Yili State people's assembly and party committee secretary general, Sun Hui, the vice chairman of the Yili State political consultative conference and deputy leader of the state investment promotion service to enterprises working group, Zhou Lixin, the party secretary and director of the Yili State Development and Reform Commission, Chen Weiqiang, the party secretary and director of Yili State Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, Liu Jianlin, the director of the third secretary office of the Yili State party committee general office, Liu Fuquan, the second-level director general of the financial work office of the Yili State party committee general office, Ran Xiaofeng, and the chairman of Huichun Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Zhang Wei, collectively visited IBI. IBI CEO/President Qian Xiaojun, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD Liu Zhai, IBI's Chief Financial Officer Tian Tao, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Liu Rui, IBI's Technical Director Zhang Meifu, TDD Senior Vice President Shao Zhaojun, TDD's Vice President and General Manager of Xinjiang Zhongyi Petrochemical Li Qing, and General Manager of Xinjiang TDD Yang Xiaoping warmly received the visitors, and both sides exchanged views on deepening government-enterprise cooperation.

The group first visited the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters showroom and data integration display for an in-depth understanding of IBI's innovative practices in industrial digital economy operations. IBI CEO/President Qian Xiaojun warmly welcomed the visiting group on behalf of the company. During the discussion, Secretary Yang Xiuli provided a detailed introduction to Yili's geography, history, culture, and economic development. He stated: "Yili has unique location and resource advantages and is an important development area in Xinjiang. At this historical juncture of national 'Belt and Road Initiative' deepening, it will unleash enormous opportunities. IBI's deep operations in the sector of supply chains and its innovative practices in digital economy covering cross-border e-commerce deserve recognition, and these advantages have great potential in Yili." IBI CEO/President Qian Xiaojun stated: "Xinjiang, with its abundant resources, is a key strategic area for IBI in expanding and deepening the industrial digital economy based on its own business. Moreover, as the western gate of our country, Xinjiang is an important pivot for IBI's cross-border e-commerce operations targeting Central Asia, Europe, and Russia. Horgos, being an innovative zone for port economics, further enhances this role. Based on this, IBI will leverage its own strengths and collaborate with various forces to deeply cultivate Xinjiang, showcasing its value in industrial innovation and upgrading." IBI Senior Vice President and CEO of TDD Liu Zhai specifically introduced IBI's Multi-platform industrial layout in Yili and Horgos. She stated: "Leveraging Xinjiang's industrial resource advantages to engage in deep industry chain and supply chain operations is the company's established strategy. Meanwhile, Yili and Horgos's deep layouts for developing port economy provide important support for Multi-platform's cross-border e-commerce operations. With strong government backing, the company will deeply expand the construction of digitized warehousing, factories, industrial parks, mines, and intelligent logistics systems, creating a benchmark for regional industrial digitization and deeply empowering Xinjiang's industrial economic development." During the detailed exchange, the parties engaged in extensive discussions on multi-dimensional cooperation and expressed strong confidence in IBI's future industrial expansion in the Xinjiang region.
