On February 3rd, before the beginning of spring in the Year of the Rabbit, IBI's annual kickoff meeting was held via the International Union Cloud meeting room through a "cloud conference." All employees from various Dodo platforms, Guolian Resource Network, and the middle and back-office teams participated enthusiastically in the meeting.
In 2022, we "expanded and united, pursued continuous progress," grew with resilience, and reached new heights again.

In 2023, with the theme of "structure optimization and deep cultivation," the company actively optimized product structures, business structures, organizational structures, and talent structures. We continued to deeply integrate into the industrial chain, optimized the supply chain, and enhanced the value chain. By implementing the overarching strategy of "platform, technology, and data," we vigorously promoted the sustainable and high-quality growth of industrial e-commerce, significantly advanced the Hundred Cloud Factories Plan, and efficiently built a digital industrial ecosystem.

At the Dodo platforms' kickoff meeting, the CEOs, category leaders, functional heads, and teams of TDD, WDD, PaperDodo, BDD, FDD, LYDD, ChipDodo, and MediDodo were energetic, focused on their goals, and demonstrated strong momentum. They showcased their united strength and determination to work hard together to achieve their shared dreams.

At the Guolian Resource Network kickoff meeting, the business information divisions for oil, chemicals, steel, non-ferrous metals, coal, electricity, machinery, automobiles, electronics, transportation, logistics, environmental protection, construction, building materials, and culture reviewed the past and planned for the future. They expressed their PM and HR strategies and determination to deeply cultivate, improve member service value, and achieve seamless online and offline collaboration.

The Guolian Cloud digital technology team, along with finance, the board office, the general office, human resources, administration, design, and resource teams from the middle and back offices, all declared their commitment to progressing steadily. They aimed to efficiently collaborate with Dodo platforms and Guolian Resource Network to promote the construction of digital factories, industrial internet, smart logistics, digital warehousing, and the industrial metaverse, working tirelessly to lead the practice of industrial digitalization.

In 2023, the entire IBI team will continue to uphold the core industrial internet and industrial digitalization strategy of "platform, technology, and data," optimize structures, and cultivate deeply! With high morale, we march confidently into the future.
