On January 14, the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association and the Chemical Specialized Committee held the New Year research activity at IBITDD. The event was attended by Wang Jiasheng, Chairman of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association; Shi Qingyu, Head of Supervisors; Vice-chairmen Zhou Deyi and Bai Jingwei; Secretary General Zhao Yong; Li Zhiqiang, President of the Chemical Specialized Committee of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association and over 20 vice-chairmen and member companies from the Chemical Specialized Committee. They visited the IBITDD headquarters and engaged in extensive discussions on topics such as resumption of work and production, and multi-dimensional collaboration within the industry chain.

Liu Zhai, Director/Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD, first welcomed the attendees on behalf of the company. She provided a thorough and systematic introduction to the development trajectory and operational model of the IBI industrial internet platform. As Vice President of the Chemical Specialized Committee of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association, she expressed her strategy and desire to promote industrial digitalization through industrial internet construction, coordinating all parties for collective advancement.

Li Zhiqiang, President of the Chemical Specialized Committee of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association, reported on the annual work of the committee on site. He expressed hope that, with guidance from the higher association, the committee could showcase its value in industry innovation and upgrading, relying on the development of the industrial internet platform.

Liu Zhai stated: "The China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association holds significant influence within the industry and has provided deep guidance and strong support in the construction of the Chemical Specialized Committee. TDD joined the Chemical Specialized Committee of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association in 2020 and was honored to be selected as a vice-chairman unit. This not only provides opportunities for us to deeply engage in industry optimization and cooperation with a wide range of member enterprises, but also opens broader spaces for the industrial internet to exhibit its value within the industry." She noted: "The development and construction of IBITDD are inseparable from the strong support of the association and member enterprises. In the future, based on the operation of the industrial internet platform, IBITDD hopes to form deep partnerships with the association, industry chains, and core enterprises of the supply chain, jointly promoting industrial innovation and upgrading."

Zhou Deyi, Vice-chairman of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association, fully acknowledged the industry value created by IBITDD. He stated: "IBITDD is a practitioner and promoter of industry digitalization. Through centralized procurement and digital service system construction, it effectively promotes cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for industry and supply chain enterprises. We hope IBITDD can extensively collaborate with member enterprises of the association and jointly advance industrial innovation and upgrading."

Additionally, representatives of various participating enterprises spoke one after another, analyzing and exchanging views on their own enterprise development and association work. All parties expressed their intention to actively participate in the development of industrial internet, strengthen links and coordination, and showcase enterprise vitality during the post-pandemic resumption of work and production.

In response to the perspectives presented by various parties, Wang Jiasheng, Chairman of the China Hardware, Electrical and Chemical Business Association, delivered the concluding speech. He remarked: "This is the first event with the attendance of all leadership following the association's re-election, and also the first enterprise exchange activity of 2023. The operation of the IBITDD industrial internet platform offers new ideas for the development of industry enterprises and serves as a powerful tool for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in enterprise operations.
