On May 17, IBI and the Rizhao Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement. IBI President Qian Xiaojun and Rizhao Municipal Party Committee Member and Deputy Mayor Liu Zhaoliang represented both parties to sign the agreement. IBI Metallurgical Industry Network CEO Cui Lili chaired the meeting.

Leaders from the Rizhao Municipal People's Government listened to and observed the operational data of the IBI Data Center Multi Platform, the industry chain scenarios, and the digital service system. A beneficial exchange was conducted during the subsequent discussions.

During the discussions, IBI President Qian Xiaojun warmly welcomed the leaders from the Rizhao Municipal People's Government and introduced the company's three main business segments (Guolian Resource Network Information Platform, Duoduo Vertical E-commerce Platform, Guolian Cloud Digital Technology Platform).
