On December 26, Shao Chunsheng, Vice President of TDD and General Manager of Cross-Border Industrial Operations, along with Zheng Delian, Vice President and Powder Industry Chain Lead of TDD, visited Marunda Industrial Park in Jakarta, Indonesia, and signed a warehousing cooperation agreement with Daining Rui, General Manager of the park.

Marunda Industrial Park is a privately-owned, internationally-standardized warehouse and industrial complex, covering 600 hectares and comprising over 1,000 warehouses and factory buildings.
The park features clustered warehouse and light industrial building designs, enhancing safety and convenience for import/export, logistics, container storage, warehousing, and manufacturing operations.

From September 10–15, Shao Chunsheng attended the Asia Coatings Summit and Asia Paint & Ink Federation in Indonesia. During the trip, he visited Marunda Industrial Park for the first time, assessing its cost and location advantages for port warehouse logistics.
The initial visit laid the groundwork for collaboration, aiming to provide key warehousing and logistics support for the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets. During the trip, the delegation also visited major Chinese enterprises, including CCCC, China Road and Bridge, and China Harbour, reaching a consensus on comprehensive cooperation in areas such as anti-corrosion coatings for port terminals, bridge anti-corrosion coatings, and fireproof & anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures.

Through this agreement, TDD and Marunda Industrial Park will leverage their respective strengths to deepen logistics infrastructure cooperation under the Belt & Road framework.
The partnership will establish modern warehousing facilities and logistics distribution networks for global markets, optimizing port-warehouse logistics costs and regional advantages, and promoting high-quality, joint development in Indonesia and beyond.
