On November 13, a delegation led by Liu Shengyou, Deputy Secretary of the Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Liuzhou City, visited IBI Co., Ltd. Qian Xiaojun, Founder and CEO of IBI , warmly welcomed the delegation on behalf of the company. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including the digital transformation and upgrading of Liuzhou’s characteristic industries, supply chain collaborative innovation, and cross-border expansion of industrial clusters, aiming to jointly explore new models of integrating the digital and real economies to promote high-quality regional economic development. Shao Zhaojun, Vice President of IBI and Senior Vice President of TDD Platform, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

The delegation visited IBI ’s Digital Economy Exhibition Hall and spoke highly of the company’s Duoduo platform operation model, industrial cluster cross-border strategy, and the practical application of IBI Cloud technologies. Mayor Liu noted that Liuzhou, as a major industrial hub in Guangxi, boasts a solid industrial foundation in automobiles, steel, and machinery manufacturing, while actively fostering emerging industrial clusters such as new materials and intelligent equipment. He emphasized that IBI possesses strong advantages in industrial internet platform operations, digital supply chain system construction, and cross-border industrial expansion. He expressed hopes to deepen cooperation with IBI to empower Liuzhou’s manufacturing sector with platform-based technologies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency, jointly expand international markets along the Belt and Road, and accelerate the global deployment of “Liuzhou Manufacturing.”

Qian Xiaojun stated that IBI takes industrial e-commerce as its foundation and is actively driving three major growth engines: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border industrial cluster expansion. The company is currently accelerating the digital transformation of its industrial platforms and has established overseas warehouses and cross-border service networks in Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions. He expressed the hope that, with the strong support of the Liuzhou Municipal Government, both sides could jointly build a regional digital supply chain hub for industrial products and carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as cross-border expansion and digital cloud factory construction, injecting new momentum into Liuzhou’s high-quality industrial development.

On November 19, a delegation led by Xu Jianbin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xishuangbanna Prefectural Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Xishuangbanna, visited IBI . and held discussions with Shao Zhaojun, Vice President of IBI and Senior Vice President of TDD Platform, on topics including cross-border supply chain services, digital upstream development of specialty agricultural products, and border-area industrial development.

Xu Jianbin provided a detailed introduction to the local industrial conditions of Xishuangbanna, noting that Xishuangbanna is located at a key gateway of the China–ASEAN Free Trade Area, with unique geographical advantages and abundant agricultural resources such as tea, tropical fruits, and natural rubber. The prefecture holds great potential in border opening-up and port economy development, especially in areas such as cross-border trade, deep processing of agricultural products, and cultural tourism and health industries. He expressed hope to cooperate with TDD Platform under IBI by leveraging its digital technology capabilities and cross-border supply chain system to jointly build a digital agricultural trade corridor for South Asia and Southeast Asia, promote the “Yunnan products going global” initiative, and support border-area prosperity and people’s livelihoods.

Shao Zhaojun stated that TDD Platform, as an industrial internet platform under IBI, possesses comprehensive digital supply chain and industrial digitalization service capabilities. Currently, cross-border expansion of industrial clusters has become a key focus as IBI ’s third growth engine, with active business layouts already established in Central Asia and Southeast Asia. He expressed the hope to further expand cooperation with Xishuangbanna by deploying border-area cross-border industrial service nodes in Yunnan, jointly building regional cross-border digital supply chain hubs, empowering local characteristic industries to enhance quality and efficiency, and exploring innovative models such as the digitalization of border residents’ mutual trade, in support of Yunnan’s role as a radiation center for South and Southeast Asia.
