At the end of 2024, the first batch of self-owned brand automotive spare parts from IBI’s CNAUTO platform was shipped to Kazakhstan.
In early January 2025, CNAUTO’s self-owned brand TDD successfully secured its first orders in the Central Asian market, marking a significant milestone in IBI’s expansion into Central Asia and injecting strong momentum into the company’s third growth curve strategy focused on cross-border industrial clusters.

As a vertical “industrial cluster + cross-border e-commerce” platform for automotive equipment, CNAUTO is a key pillar of IBI’s third growth curve strategy.
The platform is committed to building an integrated “industry + industrial finance + ecosystem” model, leveraging digital technologies to reconstruct supply and value chains and enable data sharing and process integration across nine critical operational nodes, including customs, taxation, foreign exchange, commerce, government services, ports, shipping, warehousing, and finance.

In 2024, CNAUTO’s local promotion team in Kazakhstan conducted in-depth market research, gaining a comprehensive understanding of local consumer needs and preferences. Through extensive engagement with potential customers and multiple rounds of detailed market analysis, the CNAUTO team accurately identified market entry opportunities.
Based on these insights, the platform launched several SKUs, including windshield wipers, filters, and spark plugs.
Through proactive visits and on-the-ground promotion activities, the team visited more than 400 auto repair shops and auto parts retailers, establishing a solid foundation for market penetration.
The first batch of products has now arrived at CNAUTO’s overseas warehouse and has received broad recognition and positive feedback from users. These successful practices provide a benchmark case for CNAUTO’s future overseas expansion.
Looking ahead, CNAUTO will continue to deepen its presence along Belt and Road markets, expand the reach of its self-owned brands, and empower more industrial chain enterprises to engage in cross-border operations.
